In just 9 days, the 3^rd annual Devils Lake Festival of the Arts will take over the streets of the Manitou Beach Village! The village will come to life with music, performances, tasty food, and of course ART! Lot’s of art! The past two years have been a huge success, growing with each year. This year is no exception.
